Michelle is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of NP experience, proudly serving clients in Northern Virginia. Her career began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, followed by her commissioning as an officer in the United States Air Force. During her service, she earned her flight nurse wings and gained extensive clinical experience across medical, surgical, and intensive care settings while mentoring and training fellow nurses.

In 2001, Michelle earned her Master’s degree in Nursing and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. After settling in Virginia with her husband, she spent over two decades practicing in specialties including gastroenterology, allergy and asthma, and medical aesthetics. She has also contributed to the next generation of nurses as a clinical professor at George Mason University.

Michelle’s passion for aesthetics, wellness, and personalized care led to the creation of Brichelle Med Spa in early 2024. She has completed advanced training through the highly respected Cassie Lane Injectables program and continues to expand her expertise in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, medical-grade skincare, customized medical weight loss programs, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).

At Brichelle Med Spa, Michelle’s philosophy is centered on enhancing natural beauty while supporting overall wellness. Her approach is subtle, personalized, and results-driven—helping clients look refreshed, rejuvenated, and confident without appearing overdone.
